5 years of Keychange!

Keychange, a pioneering initiative for gender equality in the music industry, celebrated its fifth anniversary during this year’s edition of Tallinn Music Week, with Different Sounds acting as the Polish partner.

On this occasion, two very important reports were released, containing important observations and recommendations regarding gender equality in the music industry.

The Keychange 2.0 manifesto is designed as a plan for decision-makers, legislators, and music organisations to improve working conditions, implement care policies, enhance education on gender diversity, promote increased intersectoral representation, and create safer spaces. It is available HERE.

The second document is an evaluation of the impact of the network on participants of Keychange development programmes and partner organisations. It also offers a range of conclusions and inspirations for the entire music industry. The full report is available HERE.

We strongly encourage you to read them!
