Eastreet 3 – Urban Geographies – documentary photography workshop
The workshop conducted by a renowned British photographer George Georgiou is a three-day intensive creative process organised in the extraordinary spaces of Lublin. The workshop focuses on photographic survey and documentation of public spaces, and on honing the skills required to create visual narratives illustrating various aspects of the spaces. George Georgiou will guide the participants through the process of topic selection, of formulating the problem and implementing it photographically, as well as of edition and image sequencing. The works of the participants will be reviewed, corrected, and will undergo peer review within the group. The workshop will develop visual sensitivity and will support both practical and conceptual narrative approach in documentary photography. The number of participants is limited to 10 people to ensure a comfortable and inspiring atmosphere. Registration is required. There is a participation fee for the workshop.
