This workshop series requires registration. Registration form is available online.

The number of places is limited. To be eligible you must be a part of the music industry. Applications are processed in the order they are received.

Projects, deadlines, trips, fuckups. The compulsion to be creative, time pressure, communication issues, lack of sleep. New people, tensions, no money. Excitement, passion, tempo, adrenaline, exhaustion. Is it possible to keep unpredictable work in the music industry well-organized? How to control the chaos of dozens of urgent and non-standard tasks? How to preserve the last ounces of energy amidst a flurry of trips, concerts and festivals? How to do away with undesirable habits? How to make time for relaxation in a field of work which is one’s passion at the same time? Workshop participants along with instructors from the educational collective future simple will look for answers to these questions. The instructors will share practical knowledge and offer exercises that will facilitate navigating the meanders of creative work, allowing us to maintain equilibrium, at least from time to time  This workshop: • will explain how to deal with undesirable habits (such as procrastination or overworking); • find habits which contribute to creative work and are conducive to appropriate relaxation • meet people who face similar challenges on a daily basis and find out how they deal with them
