Closed event.

Agata Etmanowicz – shamelessly likes people, her speciality is „connecting the dots”. She asks a lot of questions and encourages others to ask questions.

In addition to conducting workshops, she designs and implements processes and programmes for professionals in the cultural sector. These programmes focus on audience development and accessibility, and she has created capacity building programmes for European Capitals of Culture, such as Wrocław 2016, Kaunas 2022, Trenčín 2026, and Budweis 2028 (a candidate city). She has also collaborated with other Capitals, including Kosice 2013 and Rijeka 2020.

She has a background in cultural policy, both at the local and European levels. Her experience ranges from EU programmes and support for the creative sector to European Capitals of Culture and the Eastern Partnership. For over a decade, she has been associated with Fabryka Sztuki in Łódź and its ART_INKUBATOR. She is also the co-founder of  Polska bez barrier (Poland Without Barriers) Foundation.

In both her personal and professional life, she is guided by the principle of „social usefulness.” She offers assistance wherever and however she can. She firmly believes that audience development cannot be achieved without accessibility. In fact, she not only helps others but also coordinates the implementation of inclusive events herself. For nearly 10 years, she has served as the accessibility coordinator for  Orange Warsaw Festival.

She embraces the motto „Keep Calm and Carry On” and firmly believes that „nothing is impossible.”
